Ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats

nonfat greek yogurt

vanilla protein powder

almond milk

teaspoon
cinnamon

berries- I used a mix of blueberries
raspberries, and chopped strawberries

maple syrup

Instructions
Pour all ingredients in a mason jar or
sealable container

!) Shake/stir until all ingredients are mixed.
Place oats in the refrigerator to chill overnight. When ready to eat, enjoy hot or cold.
