Did I realllllly need a recipe for this? No, not really. But the power of suggestion when I saw the FB post made me want them! These are super easy to toss together. I baked them on the air fryer setting in my toaster oven at 350° for about 15 minutes.

Love these potatoes! They’re fast, easy, and delicious. My kids love them as much as I do and that’s always a plus!

Delicious and as promised, crispy and perfectly cooked. The recipe seasoning works well, but add or delete as desired. Takes 40 minutes in the oven so plan accordingly. Try it out. It’ll cost you small potatoes.

In reply to Donna Middendorf. Sure! You can make them ahead of time and reheat in the oven, you'd have to probably quadruple the recipe though.
