Made this up yesterday with cold temps approaching. While it was cooking in the slow cooker, the smell that filled my home was amazing. I was excited to try how it tasted with it smelling so amazing. Well when it was finally done cooking the taste did not disappoint. It tasted just as good as it smelt. The only problem was now I want to make more so I can eat more of it.

Love your recipes and this one was perfect last night for dinner I did 4 servings! I added a little more low sodium chicken broth because I had 1.5 lbs of ckn and the recipe called for 1. I probably could have used more later too because I added a bit too many noodles 🤭
I added a tsp or so of garlic powder & a tsp or so of parsley flakes. I used organic low sodium broth so it needed a little somethin’! Shocked me how much It had a lot less sodium in comparison to a “low sodium” or “reduced sodium” which is what I used to buy!

-Like your recipe said, add more veggies based on preference so I did add a bit more, but just eyeballed it!

Wasn’t feeling too well so cooked up a batch of this soup. Headache disappeared. I’ve always added the noodles whilst cooking but followed your recipe and it was so much more delicious 😋
