This was absolutely amazing! Adding some peanut butter swirls added the perfect touch! (I’m also obsessed with peanut butter) just wow though these are a must try!

These brownies are now a staple in our household. I double the batch and make them every other week.
They are chocolatey, moist and so easy to make. I am not a huge fan of sweet potatoes but these brownies are to die for. My 15 yr old} daughter won’t touch them, because they are made with potatoes. I say, “That’s fine, more for us.” These are the only brownies I make.
I also used honey once when we were out of maple syrup, it was equally delicious. I recommend adding the chocolate chips they add another level of flavor depending on the type of chips you add.

These are absolutely delicious! I made them without the chocolate chips and while super tasty I do wish they were more chocolatey so next time I will be adding the chips but SO good. I will be making again

My 4 and 6 year old gave this recipe an A+. I told them they were sweet potato brownies, they said ewwwwww yuck, but they are so good!!! Pleasantly surprised. I taste the coconut and chocolate. Will definitely make again!
