SUBSTITUTIONS FOR CITRUS VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Olive Oil: You can use avocado oil in place of olive oil. We don’t recommend using canola or other oils for dressings.
Fresh Lemons and Oranges: we do not recommend using store bought orange juice or lemon juice. It’s important to use fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice for fresh taste and freshness of the dressing.
Dijon Mustard: Any form of whole or ground mustard will work in this recipe. If you don’t have mustard you could add a little white wine vinegar because it will help with the acidity
Maple Syrup: Honey or Agave will also work as a sweetener instead of maple syrup
Tahini: If you want a nutty taste, try our Lemon Tahini Dressing.

Madee this recipe. Notable change mor addition: used a blood orange and a little extra syrup. My salad had kumquats, shrimp and mini cukes. The vinaigrette was delish.

Good taste and easy to make. The recipe though, does not yield anywhere close to 16 T of dressing. “8 2T servings”
